Terms of Service

⬦ You can contact me for commissions through VK group dms, telegram dms or through VGEN commissions. There is a chance I might not see your messages through other sources.⬦ I have the right to deny the commission without giving a reason as to why.⬦ Your commissions may be used as my sample.⬦ You must present all art and materials that you want to see in the final work. I do not draw illustrations.⬦ If your illustration includes a complex background — having a PSD file with the layers would be nice.⬦ I work with puppet animations for the illustrations but i DO NOT cut them for these animations. If you want to have your art animated then ask your artist to cut it beforehand.⬦ You must give a clear description of what you want to see in the work. If there are no exact terms of reference we can discuss them together or you could point out some of my reference work that has a style that would fit your commission. Otherwise I will do everything as I see fit and any major corrections would require additional payments.⬦ I work on a 100% prepayment.⬦ You are not eligible for a refund if you cancel the commission that is currently in progress of being worked on. In case I am unable to complete your commission before starting to work on it for any reason you will be issued a full refund for it. In any other cases refunds are discussed individually. Situations are different.⬦ If your desired commission is not in the price list but you think my style would go well with your idea - I’m open for questions and discussions!⬦ Commissions are queued up for work after a prepayment. You can split a prepayment in half to save a spot in the queue for your commission. I begin working on the commission after the full prepayment.⬦ Commissions usually take 2 weeks to 2 months of work to complete depending on its complexity. Details are discussed individually.⬦ The resulting video is 30 fps 1920х1080. Changes for 60 fps can be discussed individually.⬦ Changes to the final result of the commission on your end are forbidden. I do not hand over the project file. If you need something changed we can discuss it.⬦ I must be credited as an animator in the video description. You can put a link to my carrd.co page :)⬦ If my prices increase, already taken commissions will keep the previous prices.⬦ Payment is made via EasyStart service

⬦ Up to 5 minor edits - afterwards 3$ per edit
⬦ Substantial edits 8$ and higher
⬦ Puppet animation +10-20% of the initial price
⬦ Rush fee (3-5 days minimum) +100% of the initial price
⬦ Commercial use +100% of the initial price
⬦ Not posting WIP snippets on socials prior to work publication +15% of the initial price
